Editor's note
GSCCCA is a .org (state authority created by the Georgia legislature), not a .gov domain. Walk-in accepts cash, check (pre-printed name/address), money order, credit card or pre-payment voucher; mail-in accepts check, money order or pre-payment voucher (credit cards not listed for mail-in; voucher is purchased online). Mail-in needs a cover letter with destination country and contact info plus a prepaid return envelope or computer-generated airbill (handwritten airbills not accepted). GSCCCA cannot apostille out-of-state, federal or foreign-issued documents, or documents for non-Hague countries.
