Editor's note
The current page did not expose fee, processing time or payment details in fetched text (they are in a 'How to Submit' section). Fee, processing time, notarization rules and document examples were taken from the official older page https://www.commonwealth.virginia.gov/official-documents/authentications-old/, which lists 1111 East Broad Street, 1st Floor as the mailing address and states drop-off is currently not accepted. The current page lists 400 East Cary Street for courier delivery and Authentication Services and references appointments. Walk-in availability is therefore ambiguous; current-page addresses used. Payment method types (check/card) not stated.
