Editor's note

Fee, processing time, payment, and document details come from the linked 'About Apostilles & Authentications' page (https://sosmt.gov/?p=29827); the main page lists only addresses, contacts, and the online order link (biz.sosmt.gov/forms/apostille). 'Online' method refers to online request and payment; original documents must still be mailed or delivered. Email address is obfuscated on the page. Expedited service not mentioned. Office cannot certify out-of-state records, federal court/agency documents, FBI background checks, or translations. Requests without payment are held up to 90 days.
