Submit the original or a certified copy bearing the original notarization or certification. Non-English documents should include a notarized English translation (recommended). Out-of-state vital records cannot be apostilled by this office. |

Documents are then mailed (regular) or delivered in person/by courier (expedited; USPS not accepted for expedited).
